===== Ingredients =====
  * 1/2 cabbage, chopped
  * 1 can diced tomatoes
  * 4-6 cups broth
  * Soup veggies or ++soffrito mix | equivalent amount to 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 celery, diced++
  * 3 tbsp garlic
  * ++Herb mix | 1/2 tbsp oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, etc++
  * 1-2 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
  * (Optional): parsley to garnish


===== Steps =====
  - Cook ++soffritto mix|1 chopped onion, 1 carrot, 2 celery++ in oil on medium-high, 4-5 min
  - Add ++aromatics|3 tbsp garlic, 1/2 tbsp oregano and basil++
  - Add cabbage and sweat ~5 min
  - Add 1 can tomato and ++broth|4-6 cups++; simmer ~10 min
  - Add 1-2 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
  - Season salt and pepper
