===== Ingredients =====
  * 3 chicken breasts or 6 breast cutlets
  * 50g flour
  * 1 cup ++chicken stock|~200ml++
  * 1 cup ++heavy cream|~200ml++
  * 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  * 1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
  * 2 tbsp olive oil
  * 2 tbsp ++butter|~30g++
  * 2 tbsp minced garlic
  * 1/2 tsp oregano
  * 1/2 tsp thyme
  * handful fresh basil, chopped
  * salt and pepper
  * lemon wedge


===== Steps =====
  - Season chicken with salt and pepper; dredge in flour
  - Heat olive oil and butter over medium; brown chicken ++4-5 min per side|or until cooked through++; set aside
  - Saute ~2 tbsp minced garlic, deglaze with 1 cup chicken broth
  - Add 1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup parmesan; simmer 1-2 min
  - Add dried herbs, salt and pepper, 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
  - Add chicken and simmer another 1-2 min
  - Garnish with basil; top with squeeze of lemon; serve
