  * Frying pan
  * Three wide shallow dishes or baking pans
  
===== Ingredients =====
  * ~500g ++chicken breast | thin filleted, 1-2cm thick++
  * 2 eggs
  * 1.5 cup panko crumbs
  * 1.5 cup flour
  * 0.5 cup frying oil
  * Salt and pepper
  * ++3 tbsp seasoning | pre-packaged seasoning of choice (adobo, chili flakes, cajun) OR 2 tbsp garlic powder with 1 tbsp paprika++
  * (Optional) Lemon wedge, chopped parsley


===== Steps =====
  - Season chicken with salt and pepper
  - In first bowl, mix flour with ++salt and pepper| 2 tsp salt, pinch of pepper++ 
  - In second bowl, mix eggs with ++salt and pepper| 2 tsp salt, pinch of pepper++
  - In third bowl, mix panko crumbs with salt, pepper, and ++seasoning| 3 tbsp premix OR 2 tbsp garlic powder with 1 tbsp paprika++
  - Heat ++generous amount| ~2tbsp++ of oil in frying pan on medium high, until shimmering
  - Dredge chicken pieces in flour, then egg, then panko crumbs and ++fry | ~2 minutes each side++
  - (Optional): drizzle with lemon, top with parsley
  - Serve!
