Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup cornstarch slurry 1/4 cup water + 3 tsp cornstarch

Steps

Combine all ingredients, bring to boil, reduce to simmer ~4 min
Add water as needed to loosen a sauce that's too sticky or thick
Let cool, serve.
