Chocolate Chip Cookies

Two One is ok, two is easer mixing bowls

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup salted butter softened, ~220g
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Steps

Preheat oven to 190C/375F
Cream butter 1/2 cup, softened and sugar 1/2 cup white, 1/2 cup brown until light
Mix wet ingredients 1 egg, 2 tsp vanilla
Mix dry ingredients 1.5 cup flour, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt
Mix wet and dry ingredients; scoop onto baking sheet in balls about the size of a meatball
Bake 8-10 minutes or until just brown/barely wet looking
Let cool; serve
